Job description Key Responsabilities: • Support the lifecycle of biological samples (HBS and non-HBS), including reception, registration, storage, retrieval, and disposal • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in the sample tracking system. • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of sample management processes and tools. • Generate and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to sample handling, inventory accuracy, and compliance metrics • Create reports and dashboards using Microsoft Excel or other tools to visualize sample status and performance trends. Profil Qualifications: - Experience in sample or inventory management, preferably in a regulated environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with tracking systems (e.g., LIMS, ELN, or custom databases) is a strong asset. - Familiarity with biological sample handling and regulatory requirements - Support the implementation and continuous improvement of sample management processes and tools. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional, international environment. - Good communication skills in English (written and spoken) Specific training will be provided Offre We offer a 6-month assignment with a pharmaceutical company based in Braine-l'Alleud.
