IT Support Engineer
We are looking for a proactive IT Support Technician to join our team and provide technical support for internal users across multiple countries, including Belgium, Spain, the US, Singapore, Malaysia, and Dubai. This role combines hands-on hardware support with software troubleshooting and requires excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Install, configure, and support PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and tablets for internal customers
* Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and infrastructure issues quickly to minimize downtime
* Provide support via email, phone, Teams, and onsite when necessary
* Follow standard help desk procedures and liaise with external suppliers when required
Required Skills & Competencies
* Strong interest in PC hardware and peripherals
* Solid knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft Teams, M365, and other basic IT applications
* Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (Dutch/French a plus)
* Fast learner with strong problem analysis and troubleshooting skills
* Customer-focused and able to work under pressure
* Flexible working hours and willingness for occasional short-term assignments abroad
