My client is hiring a Senior Manager to play a pivotal role in hunting and closing Salesforce projects, while also leading and mentoring delivery teams to ensure exceptional results. Your Role: 70% Sales | 30% Delivery As a Senior Manager, you’ll be responsible for: Identifying and securing new Salesforce projects with both new and existing clients. Positioning and selling value-driven Salesforce solutions tailored to each client’s needs. Building long-term client relationships, especially at the C-level. Coaching and mentoring consultants, helping them grow technically and professionally. Overseeing delivery of high-impact Salesforce CRM implementations as a key leader on projects. What They're Looking For Minimum 7 years of Salesforce CRM experience within a consulting environment. Strong background in sales and business development for Salesforce services. Ability to lead and inspire delivery teams and maintain high standards of execution. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in Dutch and/or French, plus professional English. Based in Belgium with the flexibility to work hybrid (client site remote).
