Finance & Business Controller - Real Estate - Brussels
As the Financial & Business Controller, you are part of a team of 3 controllers and work on a portfolio of several projects.
Your main tasks consist in the :
* Finance Business Partnering to the Project Managers, supporting them on the financial structuring of the projects & their monthly financial monitoring
* Preparation of the budgets & forecasts, with analysis of the variances
* Analysis of revenue & costs per country and project
* Consolidation of the several entities / companies
* Coordination of the controlling activities for the different countries
* Preparation of the managerial reporting on a quarterly basis
* Close collaboration with the accounting department in the closing process
* Support on the preparation of the financial statements
* Participation to the implementation of new tools & optimization of the internal processes to professionalize the department.
Profiel
Finance & Business Controller - Real Estate - Brussels
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria :
* Master's Degree in Finance / Management / Business Engineering
* 5-10 years of experience in Audit and/or Controlling
* An experience in the Real Estate or Construction sector is a plus
* Fluent in French & English. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus
* Dynamic, loving challenges and taking initiative
* Good Business Partnering & communication skills
* Able to work autonomously as well as in a team.
