Avertim is looking for an Experienced Business Manager to grow our Energy Business Unit and drive the expansion of our consulting services in the Belgian market.
As an Experienced Business Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our development focusing on :
~ Business Development
Drive the expansion of consulting activities by identifying new business opportunities and cultivating long-term client relationships. You will be responsible for developing and managing a robust client portfolio, ensuring alignment with Avertim’s strategic business outcomes: performance, innovation, and compliance.
~ Team Leadership and Development
Lead, grow, and inspire a high-performing team of consultants and dynamic Business Managers. Collaborate closely with Avertim’s HR department to implement career development and engagement initiatives, fostering continuous professional growth and team motivation.
~ Oversee the successful delivery of projects led either by you and your consultant team, while ensuring client satisfaction. Provide clear direction and operational oversight, with a strong focus on nurturing client partnership. Leverage your team’s expertise to deliver exceptional results, creating lasting value for clients and contributing to positive change across their organizations.
Master’s Degree in Business, Business Management, or a related field.
~6 to 10 years of proven experience with experience in management, preferably within consulting.
~ Fluency in Dutch and/or French and English is essential.
~ Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a team.
~ Demonstrated commercial acumen with a track record of driving business growth and achieving targets.
