International Service Engineer | Marine Engines

Our partner is looking for a Field Service Engineer specializing in 4-stroke marine engines to join their dynamic team in Antwerp. This is not your average desk job; you’ll travel, troubleshoot, and make a real impact on advanced marine engines around the world.

What you’ll do:
* Conduct maintenance, commissioning, and performance tests on 4-stroke marine engines.
* Lead and coordinate field service tasks with other technicians.
* Perform preventive maintenance, vibration measurements, and analysis.
* Handle installation, troubleshooting, and project support in various stages.
* Analyze data and suggest improvements to optimize performance.
* Follow strict HSE standards to ensure safe operations.
Your profile:
* At least 3 years’ experience with 4-stroke marine engines.
* Solid knowledge of electronic and pneumatic systems.
* Independent, proactive, and capable of leading small teams.
* Comfortable under time pressure with excellent technical and commercial skills.
* Willing and able to travel frequently across Europe (valid EU work permit required).
* Fluent in English.
* Residing in Antwerp or willing to relocate at your own expense.
