Join a fast-growing B2B SaaS company as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and kick-start your sales career in an international, technology-driven environment.

This organisation is transforming how global companies manage complex compliance and operational workflows through advanced SaaS solutions and a highly consultative sales approach. As an SDR, you will play a key role in building the commercial pipeline and will be the first point of contact for high-value prospects across multiple industries.



🔥 What You’ll Own

* Qualify inbound and outbound leads from marketing campaigns, events, outbound outreach, and strategic partners.
* Run personalised, account-based outreach campaigns targeting high-value accounts.
* Engage prospects via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn to create interest and uncover needs.
* Build strong relationships from first contact through qualification and handover to Sales.
* Represent the company and its SaaS solutions to enterprise and multinational organisations.
* Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
* Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Marketing to align strategy and grow pipeline.
* Track, report, and analyse performance, wins, and learnings.
* Stay up to date on products, services, and pricing.
* Confidently handle objections and early-stage commercial discussions.
* Feed market and customer insights back into internal teams.
* Represent the company at relevant industry events and conferences in Belgium and internationally.


🌟 What Makes You a Strong Fit

* Proven experience as an SDR or in a similar sales or customer-facing role.
* Strong motivation to build a long-term career in sales, with ambition to grow into an Account Executive role.
* Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French is a strong advantage.
* Comfortable with cold outreach and multiple sales techniques.
* Solid understanding of sales KPIs and performance metrics.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Experience with CRM systems and structured reporting tools.
* Thrives in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
* Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
* Team-oriented, feedback-driven, and results-focused mindset.
