Our client is a fast-growing investment firm based in the south of Luxembourg, offering easy access for cross-border professionals. They manage a large and diverse portfolio of funds, SPVs, and holding companies. The position provides hands-on exposure across corporate secretarial, regulatory, and client-facing activities within one of Luxembourg's most interesting and complex investment landscapes. The role is versatile, offering experience with a very large portfolio and cross-functional collaboration while shaping meaningful outcomes for sophisticated clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full Luxembourg company portfolio, including funds, SPVs, and holding companies, covering both administrative and corporate secretarial duties.
* Support the Conducting Officer in planning, coordinating, and executing regulatory obligations and administrative requirements.
* Liaise with external advisors, lawyers, and clients regarding transaction documents, contracts, and compliance matters.
* Manage bank account openings and coordinate AML/KYC requests.
* Organize and attend board meetings, prepare minutes, and maintain all required records.
* Work with auditors, tax advisors, bankers, and legal advisors on corporate governance matters.
* Perform any other duties within the scope of the role as required by the firm.
* Directly reports to the Conducting Officer responsible for Corporate Secretarial functions.
Candidate Profile:
* Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in corporate secretarial or related roles.
* Strong knowledge of Luxembourg corporate law, compliance, and administrative requirements.
* Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
* Fluency in English; French and Italian is a plus.
