Position Overview We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Global Director of Facilities Operations to lead and shape our worldwide operational strategy across the Clinical Research real estate portfolio. This senior leadership position carries a truly global remit, overseeing the strategic direction, governance, and operational excellence of facilities and real estate services spanning multiple regions.
As the senior global lead for Facilities Operations, you will serve as the central point of accountability for operational performance, stakeholder engagement, and service delivery across our international network. Partnering closely with executive and regional leadership, you will ensure that every site operates to the highest standards of safety, sustainability, and efficiency — supporting the organization’s mission to improve patient outcomes through world-class facilities and services.
This is a high-impact role for an experienced leader with a proven track record managing complex, regulated global operations under ambitious budgets and timelines. If you thrive in a dynamic, matrixed environment and are passionate about operational excellence on a global scale, this is your opportunity to make a significant and lasting impact.

Identify opportunities for cost optimization, resource efficiency, and long-term value creation across all regions.

Stakeholder & Vendor Engagement Serve as the primary liaison between global business leaders, site operations, and external partners, ensuring cohesive delivery of facility services that support strategic goals.

Demonstrated experience in a senior global leadership role within a complex, regulated industry — ideally healthcare, pharma, or life sciences.

Proven ability to lead large-scale, multi-country operations with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills at executive and board level.
