Our partner is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager - Document Management to lead and deliver several business-critical IT projects within the domain of document management, including electronic signature, complex migrations, and the establishment of a robust test management framework. You will work transversally across the organization, collaborate with business stakeholders and key users, and ensure successful project delivery according to the organization's standards and governance.
The projects involve a technological landscape including: SAP ECC, SAP IS-U, GEODE, WinDev, SharePoint, PowerApps, PowerAutomate, SAG, M365 tools, and other enterprise applications.
Project Leadership – Document Management
Manage and deliver transversal document management projects.
Define the document management strategy and lead the implementation based on industry best practices.
Oversee the decommissioning of the current document management system.
Act as an interface between business and IT teams throughout project execution.
Planning, Control & Governance
Drive project execution respecting scope, planning, resources, risks, budget, and quality.
Provide structured reporting to PMO (PSR, capacities, budgets, deadlines).
Test Management
Establish and manage a comprehensive test management approach for document management projects.
Apply a defined testing methodology and ensure documentation & reporting.
Change Management
Organize and support all change management activities in collaboration with the Change Management unit.
Ensure proper training and smooth adoption by end-users.
Ensure full adherence to GDPR, ISO27001, and NIS2 requirements in all document management processes and applications.
Document Management Expertise
Expert-level knowledge of document management processes and applications (incl. Experience designing and implementing document management strategies.
Proven experience with complex document management migrations.
Experience with SAP ECC, SAP IS-U, GEODE, WinDev, SAG is an asset.
Expert-level project management (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
Experience managing multi-year, multi-stakeholder IT transformation projects.
Expert in test management, capable of designing, planning, executing, and reporting structured test cycles for complex systems.
Understanding of the impact of GDPR and NIS2 on document management processes.
