Your Mission This isn’t “just marketing.” This is building a brand and community from scratch. You’ll be at the heart of our narrative — shaping how people discover us, remember us, and want to grow with us. You will: Launch our YouTube channel and document the building of FuturWork — raw, honest, valuable Create engaging LinkedIn content — from thought leadership to behind-the-scenes stories Write blog articles, market insights, and research on AI, cybersecurity, education, and startups Design visual assets that feel smart, clean, and unique (using tools like Canva or Figma) Own our global communication strategy — internal external Build a community around consultants, freelancers, and creators who want more than just missions Promote our new model : combining consulting with equity, product, and purpose What We’re Looking For Skills & Mindset: You love creating — and ship fast You write clearly, with personality and intention (English & French preferred) You’re comfortable with design tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe, etc.) You’re curious about consulting, startups, and tech You’re structured, independent, and love making ideas real You’re not afraid of chaos — you find clarity in it Background: Final-year Bachelor or Master student in Marketing, Communication, Business, or equivalent Past projects in content creation, community, or digital marketing = a big plus You have a portfolio or writing/design samples to share What You’ll Get A seat at the table : you’ll work directly with the CEO The freedom to test, iterate, and own projects Access to GenAI tools, branding playbooks, and expert advisors A 360° view of a startup-meets-consulting ecosystem The opportunity to turn this into a long-term role Ready to build something meaningful?
