Job Description
The Installation Project Manager leads the successful execution of complex installation projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong technical expertise, customer engagement, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
Your role:
* Project Execution: Drive end-to-end project delivery, meeting agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
* Customer Engagement: Act as the primary technical and operational contact, resolving complex issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Planning & Coordination: Develop and implement detailed project plans, allocate resources, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
* Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and change requests to ensure successful outcomes.
* Performance Analysis: Monitor project metrics, provide insights, and recommend improvements for efficiency and customer value.
* Technical Integration: Oversee installation and integration of complex systems at customer sites, ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory requirements.
* Presales Support: Provide technical expertise and planning input during presales activities.
* Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
* Continuous Improvement: Conduct post-project reviews and implement lessons learned for future projects.
You're the right fit if:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Science, or related fields
* Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
* Solid understanding of installation processes and project management methodologies.
* Analytical mindset for interpreting data and driving improvements.
* Familiarity with risk management and project planning tools.
* Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
