Job Description

The Head of Sales will be a key part of the Belgian management team, responsible for delivering key business objectives in Belgium. You will lead 110 FTE across two sites, Ronse and Antwerp.

* Manage internal sales, marketing, and services teams daily.
* Position Radius as the best-in-class provider for fuel, EV, and telecom solutions.
* Recruit, coach, and develop the team, building market awareness and sales capabilities.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver superior service and growth.
* Lead sales to achieve targets and manage customer lifecycle to maximize margins.
* Identify and manage cross-selling opportunities to improve retention.
* Develop innovative solutions with marketing to acquire customers and manage budgets.
* Oversee recruitment, training, and succession planning.
* Create an environment supporting performance and retention.
* Proactively manage large accounts to exceed customer expectations.


Qualifications

* University degree or equivalent in a business-related discipline.
* Experience coaching, motivating, and managing account managers.
* Leadership by example and experience leading inside sales teams.
* Ability to influence decision-makers and deliver business objectives.
* Strong professional credentials and career history.
* Comfort with numbers and P&L management.
* Proven track record in a similar role, operating to high standards.


Preference

* Sector experience in Fuel, EV, Telematics, Banking, or Insurance within small entities.
