About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP SuccessFactors Enterprise Architect to join a major HR transformation program for one of our key clients based in Belgium. This is a pivotal role, offering the opportunity to lead the architectural direction of a complex, enterprise-wide SuccessFactors landscape.
As the Enterprise Architect, you will work closely with senior stakeholders, project leads, and technical teams to ensure the design and delivery of scalable, integrated, and future-proof HR solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and govern the overall SAP SuccessFactors architecture
* Lead the solution design across modules such as Employee Central, Talent, Learning, and Recruiting
* Ensure integration between SuccessFactors and SAP/non-SAP systems
* Collaborate with business and IT leadership to align architecture with strategic goals
* Drive architectural best practices, governance, and solution assurance
* Support project teams in resolving complex architectural issues
* Provide thought leadership in HR transformation and cloud-based HR technologies
Required Skills & Experience
* 10+ years of experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
* Proven experience in enterprise architecture within global HR transformation programs
* Deep functional and technical understanding of multiple SuccessFactors modules
* Strong background in system integration (SAP PI/PO, SAP BTP, APIs, middleware)
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Fluent in English - Dutch is a plus
