In your role, you will be generating new ideas and conceptual frameworks to help solve our client's HR and transformation challenges, provide hands-on solutions, and create insightful recommendations. Supporting our customers' objective and vision through HR organizational model, policies and processes transformation.
Supporting cultural evolution around strategic transformations by implementing an actionable plan
Equipping our customer HR team with the right tools (HRIS, digital solutions and AI)
Supporting and securing transformations by integrating a change strategy from the start.
You either have experience (+/- 3 to 5 years) in HR roles such as HRBP, HR project manager, talent manager, HR consulting...Consulting acumen by demonstrating excellent team player, communication, facilitation
Fluent in French or Dutch with a good working knowledge of the second country language and English
