Job requirements
Your Responsibilities
Here are some areas you could take ownership of:
* Young Graduates Program: help us attract and onboard recent graduates, and make their start at Datashift a success.
* Employer branding & marketing: bring creative ideas to strengthen our presence, work on projects that improve recruitment and marketing strategies.
* Manage recruitment processes from first contact to onboarding.
* Organize events and activities for potential candidates.
* Collaborate with a dynamic team and share your vision.
* Explore new initiatives that fit your strengths and interests.
Your qualifications
* You hold a bachelor's or master's degree.
* Ideally, you have 1–6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, or similar experience through an internship, preferably with a focus on data, IT, or engineering.
* You have strong communication skills.
* You are fluent in Dutch and English.
* You are flexible in your mindset and eager to help build a bigger story.
* You have a creative and entrepreneurial spirit.
* You thrive in a dynamic environment that challenges you to adapt and think on your feet.
* You don't shy away from responsibilities.
* Any expertise you bring along is always appreciated — we're smart, but we love adopting best practices.
