Oracle EBS Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite Functional Consultant to support key client projects for the NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCIA). The role will report to the NBAC Oracle EBS Service Delivery Manager and provide functional level 2 and 3 support within the Supply Chain Management modules.
Role Duties & Responsibilities
* Provide functional support for the Oracle E-Business Suite.
* Support Supply Chain Management modules.
* Work on the change request backlog and provide incident support.
Essential Skills, Experience & Certifications
* Minimum of 5 years recent practical experience as Oracle EBS Functional Consultant on Oracle EBS 12.2, with 24 months sustained performance on the previous 2 most recent assignments.
* Basic SQL and SQL*Plus knowledge.
* Familiarity with configuration management and versioning procedures and tools.
* Able to work under pressure, on own initiative and without constant supervision to strict and tight deadlines.
* Good team player and good communicator.
* Experience working in a highly available service environment.
* Experience writing detailed functional design documents based on new or changed business requirements.
* Experience reviewing business procedures and functional setup.
* Experience recommending changes, improvements and best business practices.
* Experience preparing, running and documenting unit tests, system tests and user acceptance tests.
* English proficiency level: SLP 3333 according to STANAG 6001.
* Excellent understanding of the data model for Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1/12.2.
* Working knowledge of the Oracle Unified Method (OUM) and/or Oracle Application Implementation Methodology (AIM).
* Detailed knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1/12.2 focused on Supply Chain Management, including:
* Oracle Inventory, Purchasing & Order Management.
* Oracle Internal Requisitioning process.
* Integration of Purchasing, Inventory & Order Management with Accounts Payable and Financials, including Fixed Assets.
* Inventory Cost Accounting fundamentals.
* Oracle Project Accounting (Billing/Costing) basics and integration with Logistics modules.
* Logistics approval workflows.
* Month-end and year-end processes for Logistics modules.
* Inventory Organization structure fundamentals.
* Item Codification fundamentals in Oracle Inventory.
* Subledger Accounting Engine (SLA) for Logistics modules.
Desirable Skills, Experience & Certifications
* Knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) with Oracle Install Base, Oracle Inventory and Oracle Purchasing.
* Understanding of integration of Oracle EAM with Oracle Inventory and Oracle Purchasing.
* Good understanding of integration with Financials, including Fixed Assets.

* Hybrid (40% onsite / 60% offsite)
* Some travel to other NATO sites may be required.
* Valid National or NATO Secret personal security clearance required.
