Requirements
You are an experienced IT Architect who is eager to use your knowledge and experience to further develop IT Architecture within Colruyt Group and to help grow the expertise of our IT Architects. As a competence team member within the IT Architect team, you take on various roles.
From these roles, you are responsible for:
Providing the necessary training, developing / maintaining up-to-date and enriching the required materials, helping to define clear learning objectives.
Coaching and supporting employees in their growth so that they are able to take on their responsibilities and apply their professional expertise. You track the progress of the various coaching trajectories in a progress report, ensuring that it is always clear where each person stands in their development path. xlxgzvr
