Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Information Technology Help Desk professional at US Connect. The role will be based in Groot Bijgaarden with the option for some remote work. The Help Desk professional will be responsible for daily network administration, troubleshooting, network security, and providing exceptional customer service.
