We're Hiring: Head of Site IT Operations - northwest Belgium
Are you a hands-on IT leader with a passion for operational excellence and user experience?
We're looking for a dynamic Head of Site IT Operations to oversee business systems infrastructure and desktop technology across our campus (5+ buildings and growing!). This is a high-impact, on-site role where you'll lead support teams, manage rapid scale-up, and ensure seamless service delivery in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
What you'll do:
* Own IT operations across base building and desktop tech
* Lead on-site support teams (internal & external)
* Resolve issues quickly and proactively
* Prepare for rapid scale and expansion
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders and users
What you bring:
* 10+ years in IT operations & support leadership
* Service desk/service delivery background
* Experience in regulated industries (ideally life sciences)
* Fluent in Dutch or French (Dutch preferred)
* ServiceNow, ITIL/ITSM expertise
* On-site 5 days/week (8am–5pm)
