Key Responsibilities
* Support site and remote personnel with company computer systems, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, Mobile, and RF devices.
* Provide training to users on information technology processes, software (including new software and mobile applications), and best practices.
* Conduct self-audits, analysis, and training to develop best practices and recommendations for IT policy and compliance.
* Image, deploy, and inventory computers and software using System Configuration Manager software.
* Analyze and configure computer systems to meet job roles.
* Network computers, peripherals, IP phones, and mobile devices to enhance communication.
* Maintain and troubleshoot IT infrastructure hardware and software onsite or via remote.
This role also involves maintaining computers and servers, colocation servers, including user accounts, server space, backups, and coordination of upgrades with other Information Technology professionals. The successful candidate will participate in global IT project work, including design, planning, coordinating, and implementation as assigned by IT Management team.
