In this role, you’ll be at the heart of process transformation, working with diverse IT stakeholders to design efficient, compliant-by-design, and future-proof solutions.

You’ll collaborate closely with system architects, SAP experts, ServiceNow teams, and other stakeholders to:
* Optimize data models
* Streamline and automate workflows
* Increase process maturity across the organization
Your work will directly contribute to stronger governance, better data quality, and smoother end-to-end processes.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
* Analyze existing processes and guide stakeholders towards efficient and automated solutions
* Facilitate and guide workshops with stakeholders
* Document processes in Visio and ensure traceability of decisions and actions
* Gather feedback and continuously improve processes
* Support problem-solving initiatives with a strong end-to-end mindset
* Coordinate with other IT Process Managers to ensure integration and standardization
* Perform root cause analyses and define corrective actions
* Contribute to change management activities

Experience: 5+ years as a Process Manager, preferably in IT Asset Management
