For Nipro Medical, we are looking for a Logistics Business Analyst EMEA who is experienced, hands-on, and communicative to join us in our Operations team, based in our EMEA headquarters office in Mechelen, Belgium
About the role
You will be working in a team that ensures smooth and cost effective logistics operations across our EMEA region. In this role, you will support supplier governance, cost control, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will play a key part in strengthening operational excellence by providing insights, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with contractual frameworks.
How you will contribute
* Cost Analysis – 45%
Monitor supplier invoices and ensure accuracy within strict deadlines.
Ensure full compliance with contracted logistics costs.
Identify and highlight significant deviations from the budget.
* Supplier & Shipping Team Support – 40%
Participate in governance meetings with suppliers and internal teams.
Maintain strong relationships to support daily logistics activities.
Analyse recurring issues and identify structural gaps using DMAIC.
- Strategic Analysis – 15%
Provide data driven insights to support logistics network governance.
Support training preparation for the Shipping Team.
Assist in developing the annual logistics budget.
What you bring to Nipro
3-5 years experience in logistics operations, mainly in freight forward
Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to interact confidently with suppliers and internal teams.
Proficiency in data analysis and business reporting tools.
Structured approach to problem‑solving and continuous improvement.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
