What you do
1. You plan and dispatch orders and monitor the department’s schedule to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
2. You manage tasks and the flow of information between the ERP and WMS systems, follow up on daily orders, and identify and resolve any shortages.
3. You act as the point of contact for Trimmings in alignment with Planning and for Finished Goods in collaboration with the back office.
4. You maintain smooth and professional communication between the warehouse and the sales office.
5. You perform various administrative tasks in an accurate and structured manner.
Who you are
6. You hold a bachelor’s degree or have equivalent experience.
7. You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in an administrative role.
8. You have experience with administrative processes and are proficient in SAP and MS Office. Experience with a WMS (Warehouse Management System) is a strong asset.
9. You communicate fluently in French and English. Knowledge of Dutch is an additional plus.
10. You work in a structured and well-organized manner and maintain a clear overview, even when handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
11. You are stress-resistant and able to keep a cool head during busy periods.
