Supporting aseptic and manual production processes.
Working in a cleanroom laboratory environment.
Carrying out production steps in controlled areas (grade A/B/C/D), such as spiking, media changes, cell culture, and freezing therapeutic products.
Cleaning and disinfecting materials with precision.
Ensuring patients receive safe, high-quality therapies on time.
You hold a bachelor’s degree in biotechnology, chemistry, agro- or life sciences and are ready to make the leap from the classroom into the biotech industry.
You value structure and accuracy, and you’re comfortable working in a sterile (aseptic) setting with the required cleanroom gear.
You communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written.
You’re a team player with strong attention to detail and understand the importance of following procedures carefully.
You’re flexible and open to working in shifts.

~ Excellent work-life balance thanks to the 4/4 shift system: Be prepared to work across various shifts, including: 6:00-16:00, 7:00-17:00, 8:00-18:00, 10:00-20:00, 12:00-22:00, 14:00-00:00, 15:00-01:00 and 16:00-02:00.
~ Shift premiums variable depending on the shift, and double remuneration for Sunday work - paid on the first inactivity day.
