We are seeking an experienced and motivated Deputy Project Manager to support the delivery of large-scale data center projects. You will work closely with the Project Manager and multidisciplinary teams to ensure the successful execution of complex, fast-paced, and highly regulated projects.
Mission
* You act as a key operational link within technically complex projects, ensuring smooth day-to-day project coordination.
* You support the Project Manager in the overall management of data center projects, contributing to schedule, cost, quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
* You monitor project progress, schedules, and milestones, identifying risks and reporting on project performance.
* You assist with budget control, cost tracking, change management, and project reporting.
* You ensure compliance with contractual requirements, project procedures, and data center standards.
* You coordinate between internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines.
* You prepare project reports, presentations, and documentation and participate in progress meetings.
Profile
* You hold a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
* You have junior to medior level experience in project execution; experience in data center projects is a strong advantage.
* You have excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
* You are proactive, resilient, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
* You are fluent in English (project working language); additional languages are an asset.
* You are motivated to grow quickly in your career and develop towards a Project Manager role.
