As they continue to grow, they’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help shape the next generation of the company — someone who thrives in a modern tech environment and wants to see their work have a real-world impact.
The Role
As a Full Stack Engineer, you’ll join our talented, cross-functional development team working on high-impact projects from architecture to delivery. You’ll collaborate closely with the team, clients and other stakeholders.
You’ll spend your time:
* Designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack solutions using Java on the backend and TypeScript, Angular on the frontend.
* Ensuring code quality through best practices, testing, and code reviews.
* Contributing to architectural discussions and helping shape the technical direction of the products
About You
You’re a passionate engineer who enjoys solving complex problems with clean, maintainable code. You’re curious, proactive, and eager to grow — not just technically, but into a future Lead Developer.
You’ll bring:
* Solid experience with Java (Spring Boot or similar frameworks).
* Strong frontend development skills in TypeScript.
* A good understanding of modern development practices (CI/CD, containerization, REST APIs, etc.).
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
* A collaborative mindset with a willingness to coach and support others.
* Availability to work onsite in Ghent twice a week.
