Your mission
As Real Estate Investment & Corporate Finance Manager, you will contribute to the origination, analysis, structuring and execution of real estate transactions, while also supporting broader corporate finance initiatives.
You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to support the company's investment strategy and growth objectives.
Real Estate Investment
Origination, analysis & structuring
* Identify and source new real estate investment opportunities by building relationships with key market participants.
* Perform market analysis including comparables and rental benchmarks.
* Conduct financial modelling and underwriting (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet, tax and distribution models).
* Structure transactions including asset deals, share deals and complex investment structures.
* Prepare investment memos and presentations for management and investment committees.
Execution
* Lead the acquisition process end-to-end.
* Coordinate due diligence processes.
* Implement the agreed transaction structure.
* Negotiate transaction documentation and coordinate closing with management and advisors.
Corporate Finance
* Develop and maintain market, sector and peer analyses.
* Support management in defining the optimal financing structure.
* Assist in negotiations related to existing and additional financing needs.
* Identify external growth opportunities and support M&A processes.
* Contribute to the definition and execution of exit strategies.
* Monitor investments and prepare periodic reporting and performance analysis (IRR, distributions, valuations).
Your profile
* Master's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Law or a related field.
* 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in real estate investment, advisory or a similar environment.
* Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
* Strategic mindset with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
* Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
