What You'll Do

* Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters to define solutions, roadmaps, and delivery plans.
* Break down work into actionable stories and provide accurate effort estimations.
* Coach, mentor, and support data engineers in their technical and professional growth.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing.
* Oversee dependency management, library updates, and vulnerability remediation.
What We're Looking For
* Strong experience in data engineering, data architecture, and modern data platforms.
* Proven leadership experience guiding engineering teams and driving technical decisions.
* Deep understanding of software engineering best practices, CI/CD, testing, and code quality.
