A Digital Transformation program has been launched. The primary scope is to replace its current legacy ERP landscape and implement SAP S/4HANA private cloud edition. The key focus will be on redesigning and deploying leading processes enabled by SAP S/4HANA best practices.
Job description
As an SAP Business Analyst your focus and main activity will be on the implementation of SAP S/4HANA as part of a global project team. You will play an active role between business, key- users and the implementation partner to align and ensure business needs are covered and aligned with the SAP implementation strategy. You perform fit-to-standard gap analysis for business requirements and deliver solutions in line with standard SAP S/4HANA.
Other responsibilities include identifying potential business values enabled by technology, overseeing incidents and staying up to date on the developments & evolution of SAP S/4HANA among Extended Warehouse Management.
Reporting directly to the Global IT Director, the SAP Business Analyst will provide guidance, coaching and training to business users and other colleagues.
Together with the implementation partner, Facil has a global implementation project team based in Genk Belgium, where you will have a direct impact on the success of the program.

Requirements
1. Bachelors or masters degree
2. At least 3 years of experience in SAP EWM and SAP implementations
3. Business-oriented and insight into Warehouse Management
4. Analytical insight
5. Eager to learn
6. Proactive & performance driven
7. Strong sense of ownership and likes to take initiative
8. Customer-focused (both internal and external)
9. Good Communication skills (English is the company language)
10. Willing to travel within your continent or worldwide if required
