Customer Program Manager

We’re looking for a curious Customer Program Manager


Televic is rapidly growing and we are looking for bright minds to build the exciting future of reliable communication!

Televic Conference develops, manufactures, and markets conferencing solutions to high-profile customers worldwide (e.g., the United Nations, the European Parliament, the French Senate, etc.).

In order to boost our growth we are on the lookout for a Customer Program Manager.

The Customer Program Manager will play a key role in supporting the Televic Conference Customer Success team by ensuring the strategic alignment of our projects to current and future customer needs for continuous growth, and managing large one-off customer projects with a focus on understanding the real-life use case and delivering the right solution within the agreed timeframe and budget.

Key responsibilities

4. Act as the primary point of contact for distributors, integrators, and clients and coordinate all project phases: bidding, planning, execution, and commissioning.
5. Build deep relationships with distributors, integrators, and end customers that respond to the needs across different projects and offer the best overall solutions to reach high customer satisfaction levels.
6. Define and follow up project milestones, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with internal teams and customers.
7. Ensure that the designed system can be properly integrated into client infrastructures and with third party systems where applicable and that the selected hardware and software components function in line with tender/customer specifications.
8. Address risks, dependencies and escalations and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success and apply a proactive customer success approach to secure and grow Televic’s business.
9. Work closely with solutions engineers, technical sales consultants and product management teams to ensure alignment with project requirements, technical and organizational feasibility and customer experience.
10. Oversee system testing, troubleshooting, and optimization during installation and commissioning.

11. Support key technology partners in defining and delivering integrated solutions for selected market segments, in close collaboration with product management, enabling both Televic and the technology partner to be successful in these markets.
12. Monitor financial performance: evaluate costs, profitability, and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.

Professional skills we’re looking for:

13. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business Management, or a related field
14. 5+ years of experience in project and/or program management
15. Good business acumen to identify opportunities for revenue and profit generation
16. Proven track record with interpreting tenders and preparing technical proposals
17. Strong budget planning and cost management abilities
18. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, or similar)
19. Excellent communication, cross-functional coordination, and customer-centric mindset
20. Strong problem-solving, time management, and ability to perform under pressure
21. Fluent in English (spoken & written)

Nice to have:

22. Experience in AV, conferencing, or technology sectors
23. MP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification
24. Familiarity with systems design and integration
25. Additional language skills (French, German, Spanish)
