Role Summary
Enterprise Advantage is seeking an experienced
Penetration Tester
to support NATO operations. The role involves Red/Blue Team activities, penetration testing across web, infrastructure and applications, and providing security consultancy in line with NATO policies.
Key Responsibilities
* Participate in and lead Red/Blue Team exercises.
* Conduct web, infrastructure, and application penetration testing.
* Perform security design reviews and provide consultancy.
* Communicate findings to both technical and executive stakeholders.
* Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders under the Head of the Penetration Testing Cell.
Required Skills & Experience
* 3+ years
in penetration testing or cybersecurity.
* Web application and infrastructure penetration testing.
* Network security architecture and vulnerability assessment.
* Use of penetration testing tools and methodologies.
* UNIX/Linux and Windows administration.
* Scripting in
Python, Perl, Ruby, or shell
.
* Strong reporting, risk assessment, and remediation planning skills.

* On-site presence is mandatory in Mons.
* Initial 1-year contract with extension possible.
