Key Responsibilities Leadership & Strategy Develop and implement the F&B strategy, aligning with the hotel’s brand standards and financial objectives. Operational Management Oversee daily operations across all F&B outlets, ensuring consistent quality, compliance, and guest satisfaction. Manage budgets, costs, and inventory to optimize profitability while maintaining high standards. Guest Experience & Innovation Elevate the guest journey through creative concepts, personalized service, and attention to detail. Collaborate with culinary and events teams to develop memorable dining experiences and successful events. Financial & Administrative Oversight Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and P&L statements for the F&B department. Implement cost-control measures and revenue-enhancing initiatives to meet financial targets. Team Development Recruit, train, and retain top talent, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and growth. Act as a visible leader, setting the standard for service, professionalism, and teamwork. Requirements Experience & Skills Proven experience as F&B Director/Manager in a luxury hotel, resort, or high-end restaurant. Strong background in multi-outlet F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, and banqueting. Financial acumen: ability to manage budgets, forecasting, and cost control. Fluency in English and ideally Dutch. Leadership skills: ability to motivate teams, drive performance, and maintain high standards. Guest-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality excellence.
