The Academic Registry is looking for a candidate to join the Registry Services Team to provide excellent services to the University community.
The appointee will assist in managing and coordinating operations and events in the area of course registration. In particular, he/she will oversee the course registration for students, daily operations related to course catalogue update, class scheduling and course enrollment. He/She will also be required to supervise colleagues and carry out special projects on new initiatives, mainly on the development/enhancement of student-related systems and automation of operational processes. The daily work will involve frequent interaction with students and staff members of the University.
Applicants should have a bachelor's degree with 2-3 years of post-qualification work experience. He/She should possess excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) and sound proficiency in MS Office. The ideal candidate must be organized, detail-minded and good in logical thinking and computer sense. They should be a good team player with the ability to work independently and be mature with a strong sense of responsibility. (Duration: 2 years, renewable)
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of the contract.
