KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
* Project management:
You will actively participate in the planning and practical implementation of logistics projects (new processes, site openings, workflow improvements, digital tools, etc.). You will work independently on end-to-end projects, while collaborating with experienced colleagues.
You will be actively involved in operational implementation, directly in the field.
* Collaboration:
You work closely with internal (operations, warehouses, carriers) and external partners/clients. You will ensure the smooth and operational coordination of activities with the teams dedicated to this area.
* Performance monitoring:
You monitor the actual progress of projects using simple tools provided by the company, report any discrepancies and propose corrective actions;
* Risk management:
You don't just point out difficulties: you take charge of them and find ways to deal with them;
* Communication:
You know how to adapt your communication style to that of an operator or manager, explaining things clearly and effectively. Your reports are concise and relevant, facilitating understanding and decision-making;
* Process optimisation:
You quickly grasp workflows and propose concrete ideas that you help to implement with the teams;
* Regulatory compliance:
Your professional conscience drives you to scrupulously comply with the rules in force (safety, quality, regulations) and to clarify any uncertainties;
* Reporting and documentation:
Your approach ensures that documents are clear, relevant and usable by all employees.
QUALIFICATIONS :
* Degree in logistics, supply chain or equivalent experience in the field;
* Minimum 5 years' experience in transport and/or warehousing operations;
* Ideally in a role combining coordination and execution. You have already participated in concrete projects (warehouse reorganisation, implementation of a tool, process change, training, etc.).
* Analytical profile with data- and fact-based reasoning;
* As part of our national expansion, you will have the opportunity to work at different sites: although our headquarters are located in Liège, many projects are carried out in Hainaut and Flanders, requiring regular travel and extended stays.
* Pragmatic, reliable and curious, you enjoy solving problems. You don't just monitor progress, you actively contribute to moving things forward;
* Excellent communication skills, results- and solution-oriented;
* Ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility;
* Curiosity, open-mindedness and willingness to learn outside your comfort zone;
* Knowledge of a WMS is a plus;
* Fluency in French and/or Dutch, and ability to work in professional English;
