The Role
We are looking for a Medior Process Engineer to join one of our key partners in the pharmaceutical sector, located in the Brabant Wallon area.
You will contribute to the commissioning, qualification and start‑up of new aseptic and fill‑finish production equipment, supporting both technical process activities and project coordination tasks within a large‑scale industrial installation project.
This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys being close to the field, interacting with suppliers, following process performance, and driving technical actions forward while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Your Responsibilities
Process Engineering (70%)
* Follow‑up of process equipment such as isolators, lyophilizers, filling lines, robotics, loading/unloading units
* Review technical documentation, protocols, and FAT/SAT/commissioning test packages
* Support execution and documentation of tests and deviations
* Participate in troubleshooting, incident follow‑up, and technical decision making
* Collaborate with automation, HVAC, QA, and process engineering teams to ensure equipment readiness
* Drive technical meetings with suppliers (primarily in English) and ensure clear communication of actions and deadlines
Project Coordination / PMO Support (30%)
* Assist the project manager and scheduler with planning follow‑up, action tracking, and cross‑package coordination
* Support reporting, progress monitoring, and documentation structuring
* Provide backup to the planning engineer when required
About You
* You hold a Master’s degree in engineering (process, mechanical, chemical, industrial, or related)
* You have a minimum of 3 years experience in a GMP or industrial environment (pharma is a strong asset)
* You have minimum a first experience with commissioning, qualification, or process equipment; motivation to grow technically is essential
* You communicate easily with teams
* You are able to challenge stakeholders, drive actions, and facilitate technical discussions.
* You are fluent in both French and English.
