Role Description
The
Repair Technician II – Service Repair Center
is a full-time, onsite role based in
Bornem, Belgium
, supporting Quest International BV's Service Repair Center (SRC).
This is a
hands-on bench repair role
, not field service. You will diagnose, test, repair, and document medical and electromechanical devices in a structured, ISO-regulated repair environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform bench-level diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair
* Conduct functional testing, calibration, and performance verification
* Follow OEM service manuals, work instructions, and repair SOPs
* Complete Device History Records (DHR) and ERP entries accurately
* Meet production targets and customer SLAs
* Maintain ISO compliance and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
* Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues
* Work onsite full-time in the Service Repair Center (no remote or field work)
Qualifications
* Legal authorization to work in Belgium
* Working proficiency in
Dutch and English
* 3–5 years hands-on electronics or electromechanical repair experience
* Strong bench-level troubleshooting skills
* Experience using multimeters, power supplies, and diagnostic tools
* Ability to work in a structured, quality-driven environment
* Experience in ISO, GDP, GMP, or regulated environments preferred
* Technical certifications or formal electronics training are a plus
