We are looking for a Data Analyst focusing on BASE data reporting & analysis and guiding decision makers by providing domain specific insights. You are the first contact person for all business analytical questions related to your domain and act as a liaison between the domain’s business stakeholders and the data (or data teams).
Your tasks as a Data Analyst:
1. You develop curiosity and understanding of your domain’s business context and processes which positions you as a perfect data partner to your stakeholders
2. You collect, query, clean, validate and manipulate the data you need from different sources
3. You define, build and automate reporting dashboards relevant for the business topic you are working on
4. You develop a proactive partnership with your stakeholders
5. You perform descriptive ad hoc analyses
6. You occasionally perform deep-dive analyses on specific insights requests that lead to actionable recommendations for the business colleagues
7. You take an active role in the community of data professionals within Telenet, through sharing sessions
Our ideal Data Analyst:
8. You have strong analytical skills
9. You have a hands-on mentality to really dive into the data and find the answers
10. You have a constructive mindset and can collaborate effectively with colleagues from various teams, both from a business and a more analytical background
11. You can manage an analytics initiative end to end, including strong communication & presentation skills and stakeholder management
12. You have experience in commercial reporting
13. You have a solid knowledge of one of the main dashboard tools (Qlik Sense, Power BI or Tableau); previous Qlik Sense experience is a big plus
14. You have a knowledge of SQL. Experience with Snowflake is a nice to have
15. You have a relevant degree and experience Master's degree in a quantitative field (commercial engineering, TEW, computer science, information management ...) or equivalent through experience Min. 3 years relevant work experience
16. Fluent in English and French, knowledge of Dutch is a bonus
