We are looking for an experienced SAP Fieldglass Consultant to lead the implementation of a Contingent Workforce Management (Cwm) solution.
You will be responsible for configuring, deploying, and optimizing SAP Fieldglass to streamline external workforce processes, from sourcing and engagement to payment and offboarding.
Key responsibilities
Implementation & configuration:
Lead end-to-end SAP Fieldglass implementation, including configuration, testing, and deployment
Configure job posting templates, worker administration objects, and contingent worker types
Set up Vendor Management System (VMS) processes for contingent labor, independent contractors, and Statement of Work (SOW) engagements
Implement standard SAP Fieldglass connectors with SAP ERP systems (HCM, ECC, SuccessFactors)
Process design & optimization:
Design and implement the full procure-to-pay lifecycle for contingent workforce management
Configure workflows for sourcing, onboarding, time & expense management, approvals, and payments
Establish automated work orders, timesheets, expense management, and invoicing processes
Implement compliance controls, background checks, security access, and audit monitoring
System integration:
Configure integrations with SAP ERP HCM, ECC, and/or SuccessFactors
Set up data flows for vendors, cost centers, task codes, billing rates, and financial postings
Implement Single Sign-On (SSO) and electronic signature capabilities
Training & support:
Develop and deliver training sessions for hiring managers, procurement teams, and administrators
Create user guides, documentation, and operational procedures
Provide post-implementation support and continuous optimization recommendations
Required qualifications
Technical skills:
3+ years of hands-on experience implementing SAP Fieldglass Cwm
Strong knowledge of Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and contingent workforce processes
Experience integrating SAP Fieldglass with SAP ERP HCM, ECC, and/or SuccessFactors
Proficiency in configuring Fieldglass connectors and data interfaces
Solid understanding of procurement processes, purchase requisitions, and service entry sheets
Functional expertise:
Deep understanding of contingent workforce management best practices
Experience managing Statement of Work (SOW) projects and services procurement
Knowledge of compliance requirements related to external workforce management
Familiarity with time & expense tracking, invoicing, and payment processes
Industry knowledge:
Understanding of contingent labor market trends and regulations
Experience with multi-channel workforce models (freelancers, contractors, gig workers)
Knowledge of workforce analytics, reporting, and KPIs
Preferred qualifications:
SAP Fieldglass certification
Background in HR technology implementations
Project management certification (PMP, Prince2)
Experience with AI-enabled features (job description enhancement, candidate assessment)
Experience working with Professional Services customers
