Our client, a global leader in innovating the complex near-patient medical technologies, is expanding its commercial team in Belgium. The position oversees all commercial activities for their complete innovative medical devices portfolio within BeLux region. This includes driving sales into hospitals and other relevant healthcare settings, identifying and developing new market opportunities, and expanding business within established accounts to achieve regional revenue objectives. We are seeking a motivated and proactive Territory Manager to join and strengthen their team. This individual will collaborate closely with the Clinical Applications Specialist in the area.
Drive sales of near-patient medical devices within hospitals across Belgium and Luxembourg
Build strong relationships with hospital management, specialists, nurses, technical teams, and procurement
Identify new opportunities and manage the sales process from initial contact to closing
Deliver product demonstrations, user training, and follow-up support
Collaborate with internal Marketing, Clinical, and Technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Provide accurate forecasting and contribute to strategic planning
At least 2 years of experience in medical device sales within hospital environments
Proven ability to build trust and secure contracts in complex healthcare settings
Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
Strong consultative selling approach with solid business understanding
Comfortable working with multiple decision-makers over extended sales cycles
A collaborative team environment with international support
