Your Role As a groundworker at Denys, you have a versatile role. With shovel in hand and a smile on your face, you will perform manual digging and other physical tasks. This may sound like a free workout, and it is :-)! You will work closely with the drilling crew, always ready to assist in setting up, breaking down, and maintaining drilling equipment. Whether it's connecting drill rods or operating the screening equipment, you do what needs to be done. Collaboration is your thing: you communicate clearly and effectively with your colleagues about progress and any problems, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Let’s dig deep and have some fun! Your Profile We are looking for an earthworker with energy, someone who can quickly pick up new skills and effortlessly adapt to the dynamic nature of our projects Experience with drilling is a plus, but definitely not a must – we welcome motivated candidates who are willing to learn and develop further A technical background as a mechanic or electrician is a bonus, but not a requirement. What’s more important to us is that you have technical insight and are good with your hands As a true team player, you can collaborate well and have strong communication skills, allowing you to contribute effectively to the success of the team Safety is our top priority.
