Freelance DevOps and Cloud Engineer - Long Term - GreenfieldDevOps and Cloud Engineer responsible for designing and building a new cloud-based infrastructure from the ground up. This greenfield role focuses on establishing scalable, secure, and automated environments, implementing modern DevOps practices, and enabling rapid, reliable software delivery.
Responsibilities
Design and build cloud infrastructure (Azure) from scratch using modern architecture principles.Implement Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform) for automated provisioning.Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and delivery.Define and implement cloud networking, security, and identity models.Establish containerization and orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes).Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.Collaborate with engineering teams to define deployment standards and best practices.Ensure high availability, scalability, and resilience of the platform.Embed security and compliance controls into infrastructure and pipelines.
