Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Supply Chain Analytics Consultant to join our clients' dynamic team in Belgium. You will work closely with clients to design, implement, and optimize data-driven solutions that enhance supply chain efficiency, visibility, and decision-making. Your role will bridge the gap between business needs and analytical insights, leveraging tools such as Power BI, Python, SQL, and advanced forecasting models.
* Analyze end-to-end supply chain data (procurement, inventory, transportation, demand planning) to identify inefficiencies and opportunities.
* Design and implement data models, dashboards, and KPI reporting tools.
* Support digital supply chain transformation initiatives, including S&OP, demand forecasting, and inventory optimization.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to gather requirements and translate them into analytical deliverables.
* Drive the adoption of advanced analytics tools such as predictive models, simulations, and scenario analysis.
* Deliver training and support to client teams on supply chain analytics platforms.
* Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and methodologies in data analytics and supply chain management.
Requirements
* Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field.
* 3+ years of relevant experience in supply chain analytics, consulting, or operations.
* Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
* Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and KPIs.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
* Willingness to travel across Belgium or the EU for client engagements.
* Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
* Familiarity with machine learning techniques for demand planning or inventory optimization.
* Fluency in English and Dutch and/or French would be a bonus
