An international company active in the pharmaceutical industry and based in Diegem is looking for a S&OP & Trade Analysis Coordinator to join their team.
In this role as a S&OP & Trade Analysis Coordinator, some of your responsibilities will include:
Managing wholesalers relations and making sure that the supply of the products run smoothly,
Ensuring the demand planning is running in line with the objectives,
Getting in touch with the sales forecasting providers and the internal stakeholders in order to optimize the S&OP process
Following up on invoice payments to ensure arrears are addressed promptly and complaints are properly processed
Optimising internal processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of work execution
About you:
You hold a Master or bachelor degree, in supply chain or business engineering
you have excellent oral and written communicative skills in Dutch, French and English
You use reporting tools and have an affinity with systems/data ;
You have a Solid Supply Chain & Customer Service knowledge
You have an excellent knowledge of GDP
You have at least 6 years of experience in a similar position
You have experience with Power BI, SAP, especially SD, the MM module and SAP/IBP
