For taking up responsibility over the complete and accurate payroll management for the approximately 80 employees in Belgium and for covering all human capital–related activities, Krones FBL is looking for a (f/m/x)
HR GENERALIST
What awaits you?
Payroll Management
* Independently prepare, process, and review monthly payroll.
* Collaborate closely with the Payroll provider and internal partners (Invoicing, Finance)
* Manage benefits, bonuses, 13th month pay, indexations, and other compensation variables.
* Monitor absences, leaves, sick days, and all data required for accurate payroll processing.
Personnel Administration
* Actively manage employee files: Draft and update employment contracts, amendments, and legal documents.
* Manage onboarding and offboarding processes with an inclusive and people‑centered approach.
* Maintain and ensure the reliability of the various HR systems: SAP, Protime, SuccessFactors, Payroll
* Conduct social and legal monitoring to ensure full and continuous compliance with current Belgian labour legislation.
HR Support & Business Partner Role
* Serve as a reliable and accessible point of contact for employees and managers, ensuring clear and empathetic communication.
* Provide guidance on legal aspects, internal policies, and HR best practices.
* Prepare and monitor monthly the annual HR budget (Headcount, Personnel expenses, People Development...) in collaboration with the HR Manager and relevant stakeholders (Management, Finance...).
* Identify training needs in collaboration with employees and managers.
* Coordinate and follow up on training plans
* Ensure compliance with legal training requirements in Belgium (e.g., droit à la formation).
* Actively participate in HR cycles (evaluations, employee satisfaction survey, salary reviews, training, etc.).
* Contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at improving processes and strengthening employee experience.
HR Projects & Process Improvement
* Identify and propose enhancements to optimize HR tools and practices.
* Participate in initiatives that promote equity, transparency, diversity, and employee engagement.
* Support the organization’s sustainable growth with a solution‑oriented mindset.
You contribute with
* Experience in Belgian payroll for employees.
* Proven knowledge of Belgian social legislation.
* Comfortable with digital tools and HR systems.
* Proficiency in French, Dutch and English
