You will work closely with experienced colleagues, contribute to the deployment and operational readiness of applications, and progressively build expertise in mission‑critical mainframe environments.brstrongResponsibilitiesbr/strongUnder the guidance of experienced team members, you will:brulliContribute to the impact analysis, preparation, and deployment of applications in test, pre-production, and production mainframe environments. /liliSupport quality control activities and assist in the implementation of the following components and deliverables: /liulliScheduling definitions (e.g. CA‑7, XPS, IWS) /liliOperational scripts (e.g. JCL, REXX, ISPF) /liliOperational procedures (application start, stop, restart) /liliEnvironment deliveries from test to production /li /ulliParticipate in the lifecycle management of mainframe environments, ensuring consistency and reliability across environments. /liliApply and follow existing integration standards, guidelines, and procedures, and contribute to their maintenance and improvement. /liliAssist in the development and maintenance of supporting tooling, test environment management utilities, or simple automation scripts under supervision. /liliSupport test execution activities by acting as first-level support for environment-related incidents and requests. /liliCollaborate with other IT teams to ensure smooth application integration and issue resolution. /liliProvide second-level operational support in collaboration with senior team members, helping to ensure production stability. /liliFirst starting with daylight support and once you will have gain enough expertise (after around 1 or 2 years), you will Participate in Night Production Watch Duty on a rotational basis, with support from the team.
