Overview SAP, supply chain & operations, some experience, consultant. As an SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) consultant, you guide customers in streamlining their supply chain from both a process and technology perspective.
Your SAP expertise helps advise on demand forecasting, inventory planning, and supply chain management to improve decision-making and planning accuracy. You encourage customers to optimize processes, foster collaboration, and rely on accurate data to make informed decisions.

Responsibilities Analyze client’s current supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies and translate needs into a value-driven IBP solution.
Configure and adapt SAP IBP templates to each client’s situation after defining long-term goals, roles & responsibilities, inputs, outputs, and KPIs.
Lead cross-functional teams and bridge client internal teams with their suppliers and delaware teams specializing in SAP PP, MM, SD, and BI.
Involve yourself in multiple project phases (analysis, blueprinting, customizing, documentation, training, testing, go-live, and support).
Assist in presales activities, prepare inspiration sessions, demos, and presentations to help expand offerings.
Provide guidance and support to less experienced consultants.
Qualifications At least two years of experience with one or more SAP IBP modules (Sales & Operational Planning, Demand Planning, Response & Supply planning, Inventory Optimization, Demand Driven MRP, or Supply Chain Control Tower).
Experience with SAP APO, MM, SD, PPDS, BI, or other S&OP-related modules; or strong experience with other planning software in an ERP/business context is a plus.
Strong communication skills across IT, operations managers, and end users; able to explain concepts in English and Dutch or French.
Curious mindset and willingness to learn about latest SAP IBP features and SCM trends.

What you’ll be doing You will work closely with customers, often on-site in teams of 3-4 for projects typically lasting 6 to 9 months. You will:
Assess client supply chain processes, identify improvements, and design value-driven processes.
Contribute to SAP IBP implementations with a tailored, non one-size-fits-all approach.
Lead cross-functional collaboration between client teams and delaware SAP specialists.
Be involved across multiple project stages, including analysis, blueprinting, configuration, documentation, testing, training, go-live, and support.
Contribute to presales, inspiration sessions, demos, and customer-facing materials.
Provide guidance and support to less experienced consultants.
