Description For the Service after Sales Team based in the European Head office in Belgium (Oudenaarde), Samsonite is currently looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant. In this role, you will become part of a dynamic team that constantly strives for customer satisfaction and loyalty throughout the full customer journey. You will work closely together with the Customer service teams in our local offices, but also with our repair centers and the logistics department, and with the central IT/Digital team, with the aim to ensure smooth operations. This role demands a blend of effective communication, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset to ensure each customer feels valued and supported. Key Responsibilities Answer in a clear and efficient way to any queries from customers and end consumers. This involves handling a range of communication channels such as phone calls, emails, live chat, and social media interactions. Maintain our knowledge base up to date Provide general support to the Spare Parts Supply Chain Officer with due follow up: Ensuring optimal performance across spare part procurement, replenishment and inventory control Maintain accurate spare part stock and analyze data properly to ensure smooth spare parts management. Provide general support to other projects whenever required Qualifications Profile Be multilingual with a good knowledge of Dutch, French and English Be open to familiarize themselves with common customer service software and tools to enhance your technical proficiency (knowledge of Salesforce is a plus) Demonstrate interest in AI tools in all aspects of the business Have a good knowledge of Excel Possess good analytical skills Having SAP experience is a plus Be customer and service oriented Be accurate and communicative Be a team player Be flexible, pro-active and show problem-solving skills Demonstrate the ability to adapt to changing priorities Offer A dynamic and challenging role at the European headquarters of a leading international company.
