We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Officer to support our organization in Brussels.
This dynamic team of professionals focuses on critical environmental issues like waste reduction and risk prevention. With offices across Europe, we promote sustainable solutions locally and internationally.
As Finance Officer, you will work closely with senior management to drive business results.
* Support financial planning, reporting, payroll accounting and invoicing
* Assist in preparing financial reports and analyzing detailed financial statements
* Liaise with external partners and support audit processes
* Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
* Administrative tasks: manage supplier relationships, procure office supplies, handle correspondence, and assist with HR functions
o Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
o At least 3 years of experience in Accounting
o Fluency in English, French, and/or Dutch
o Autonomy, rigor, collaboration, and strong communication skills
o Dynamism and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
