Jobomschrijving
* Manage the full recruitment cycle from job briefing to offer stage
* Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and define recruitment strategies
* Source and engage candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals)
* Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
* Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the process
* Maintain and update the applicant tracking system
* Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment events
* Continuously improve recruitment processes and tools
Jouw profiel
* 1-2 years of experience in recruitment (in-house or agency)
* Fluent in English with a very good command of either French or Dutch
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work autonomously while staying well-organised and structured
* Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment
* Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to take ownership
* Demonstrates sound judgement and a strong sense of responsibility
